Introduction

Vale of Leithen Football Club is a member of the East of Scotland Football League.

It is the policy of Vale of Leithen Football Club to take all reasonable and practicable steps to safeguard the Health and Safety and welfare of all employees at work and to protect all other persons against hazards to Health or Safety arising out of the Club’s activities. This document details the Club’s Medical Risk Assessment.

The Club’s First Aid Plan, Health and Safety P cy and Customer Charter documents, should be read in conjunction with this document.

Purpose

This Medical Risk Assessment is a report that shows Vale of Leithen Football Club’s medical vulnerabilities, to provide a summary of defensive measures, and assess the amount of risk Vale of Leithen Football Club is willing to accept (the risk tolerance).
