Vale of Leithen Football Club’s Disability Policy

Vale of Leithen Football Club is fully committed to ensuring that its disabled supporters and
customers have as full access as reasonably possible to make all goods, services and facilities
provided or offered to the public by the Football Club.

Vale of Leithen Football Club will operate a concessionary ticket policy for disabled supporters and
ensure the scheme does not discriminate between disabled people with differing impairments. Full
details of these concessions can be requested by contacting The Club Chairman or Club Secretary or
at the gate entrance during any home match.

Vale of Leithen Football Club recognises that it has a duty to remove any potential barriers that will
make it difficult or impossible for some disabled customers to access our facilities. We will undertake
such additional works as are reasonably required within the timescales set out in the Equality Act
2010 and its relevant Codes of Practice to ensure full compliance with the legislation.

Vale of Leithen Football Club guarantees to its disabled supporters and customers that any
complaints of discrimination will be dealt with quickly under that procedure. The Football Club has
advised all individuals associated with the club that any incident of discrimination under the
provisions of the Act is a serious matter and will be dealt with by the Committee Board under the
Club’s Disciplinary Procedures.
