SUPPORTERS COVID PROTOCOL

We are pleased that supporters will once again be welcome back at Victoria Park. Supporters attending games should note and ahere to the following protocols.

  1. If you are unwell and/or have any symptoms of COVID (including, but not limited to, a high temperature, a new continuous cough, loss or change to smell or taste), you should not attend Victoria Park and should contact the NHS.
  2. When queuing and entering Victoria Park, please respect and adhere to social distancing. Please enter with enough time before kick off to prevent unnecessary queues.
  3. Upon arrival, you are required to give your name, address and contact number for NHS Track and Trace purposes. This information will be treated in line with GDPR regulations and only used if contacted by NHS Track and Trace. The information will be deleted after the required period.
  4. Supporters will be give a temperature check and should used the hand sanitiser provided.
  5. For the time being, the stand is out of use and supporters should stand in the open areas.
  6. Please respect and adhere to social distancing requirements.
  7. Masks should be worn indoors at all times.
  8. Catering is available at the kiosk and masks should be worn at the kiosk when queuing and ordering.
  9. The use of toilet facilities inside Victoria Park is managed to ensure social distancing is adhered to. There are public facilities at the bottom of Hall Street and spectators should make use of these facilities before entering the ground. Toilet facilities inside Victoria Park are closed at the final whistle.
  10. At the end of the match, please leave the ground as quickly as possible, but at all times respect and adhere to social distancing requirements.
